In this class we start to get more playful, work through more dynamic drills showing you another key aspect of my preparation based method. For this session you're going to need a clear wall and in addition to your yoga mat, we'll also be using a pair of yoga blocks as well as a yoga strap or a stick. If you don't have any of those, you could use anything else you have at home, thick books or a small stool work as well as a broom stick.
